Be an inspiration
Afrikindness is an emerging organization with a pool of talented volunteers and network of professionals based across the UK and overseas.
The world we hope to build has a role for every one of us. Whether it’s active volunteering with children and other participants or making yourself available to make the achievement of our objectives that much easier.
Our amazing volunteers are key to what we do. They mentor children and young people we work with, develop educational content on intentional kindness in schools, organize webinars for the general public, expand our presence with corporate sponsors, partners and networks, keep relevant campaigns and expand our social media presence, deliver fundraising events, support children and young people in their kindness projects to make that huge difference in their communities.
They are building the next generation of Kind Leaders.
We’d love to have you on our team!‘’Volunteers don’t get paid, not because they are worthless, but because they’re priceless’’
– Sherry Anderson

Volunteer to mentor young people
Every young person needs a mentor to help build and develop their social and emotional skills.
Mentoring is one of our programs for young people and we have had amazing feedback from both the mentee and mentors. The supportive and healthy relationships formed between mentors and mentees are both immediate and long term and the impact is life-changing.
As a mentor, you will be asked to volunteer a few hours of your time to support the social and emotional development of a child. You will build a stable friendship with the mentee, such that they can see you as someone they can turn to for support.
